Technology Toward Innovation, Services Toward Substance

In the golden autumn of Beijing, the 2026 China International Trade in Services Fair was crowded. There was a long line in the experience area of the health care, cultural and sports industry, supply chain, and business services exhibition areas. A group of exhibitors used new technology, new services, and new standards to outline a vivid picture of the high-quality development of trade in services.

Hard-core technology refreshes service experience

In the new energy exhibition area, BYD's full range of flash charging technology solutions attracted a large number of visitors to stop and experience. Relying on a second-generation blade battery, a 1500kW high-power flash charging pile, and a full-link system with optical storage and charging, it only takes 5 minutes to charge the battery from 10% to 70% at room temperature, and maintains stable performance in low temperature environments.

“Flash charging is an inclusive technology, and all new energy vehicle owners can enjoy charging services.” Wang Junbao, general manager of BYD Group's flash charging business, explained that at present, more than 10,000 flash charging stations have been built across the country, and the plan is to expand to 20,000 by the end of 2026, effectively relieving car owners' anxiety about energy supplementation.

In the health care special exhibition area, the ROPA6 six-in-one artificial intelligence all-orthopedic surgery robot platform brought by Beijing Changmogu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. became the focus.

“For a long time, overseas equipment has monopolized the high-end orthopedic robot market, and there are widespread shortcomings with a single technique and insufficient adaptability.” Zeng Huicai, head of brand affairs at Nagakitani, explained that Nagakitani adheres to a full chain of independent research and development to create the world's first integrated robot platform with equipment covering six major orthopedic procedures, including hip, knee, spine, and trauma, to fill the international technical gap.

According to information, the device is equipped with self-developed AI algorithms to complete pre-operative 3D reconstruction, intelligent planning, and intra-operative dynamic calibration to achieve sub-millimeter surgical accuracy; it relies on a 5G remote collaboration system to break geographical barriers and help primary medical institutions improve the level of orthopedic diagnosis and treatment. In 2025, Nagakitani completed Africa's first AI-assisted joint replacement surgery in Guinea to help build global public health services with original Chinese technology.

At the “Future Medical Technology Industry Frontier Exhibition Area” set up for the first time at this trade fair, Xi'an Medical Group brought the world's first X/gamma-ray integrated radiotherapy platform “TaiChi (TaiChirt)”.

“The platform breaks the technical barrier of X-rays and gamma rays being divided into two sets of independent devices, allowing one device to simultaneously achieve large-scale irradiation and accurate partial dosing, not only helping hospitals reduce costs and increase efficiency, save computer room space and procurement, operation and maintenance costs, but also provide diversified saving paths for medical insurance expenses through technological innovation, while reducing the overall treatment burden on patients, and promoting the progress of radiotherapy from physical accuracy to accurate biological immunity.” Zhu Zhaohui, vice president of Damedic Group, explained that the Taiji platform has been independently developed from the underlying principles to system integration. Currently, it has been installed and applied in nearly 30 domestic hospitals, and has been recognized as a “breakthrough medical device” by the FDA, and has been nominated for “Best Medical Technology” at the International Galen Awards.

Moving from the medical exhibition area to the digital technology exhibition area, there was a long line in front of the deep visual technology booth, and many visitors waited to experience the naked eye 3D light field display without wearing a device. As the only company in the world that realizes large-scale commercial use of 2D lossless 2D/3D switchable technology, Deep Vision brought the ZIMO M1 27-inch 4K light field display.

Dong Xusheng, chairman of Zongshen Vision, explained that this product is equipped with a self-developed chip and eye tracking technology. The switching delay is less than 5 ms, and it can directly run thousands of games, covering various scenarios such as e-sports, industrial simulation, medical imaging, science and education training.

At this trade fair, in addition to consumer-grade products, Deep Vision also showcased the innovative application of light field technology in the field of sports event broadcasting, transforming sports game images into naked eye 3D effects, and expanding the boundaries of the new display industry.

Professional services enable industrial upgrading

In addition to hard-core technology, a number of innovative practices that are deeply involved in industrial services also shone brightly at the trade fair. They are based on the reality of the domestic industry and empower industrial upgrading with professional services.

In the Transportation Services Exhibition Area in Hall 2, the Beijing International Dry Port showcased the results of train operations between China, Europe and Central Asia. “Although Beijing is not bordered by the sea, this dry port in Fangshan has built a land bridge connecting Asia and Europe. It is the only hub platform in the capital that is scheduled to operate trains between China and Europe on a regular basis.” Wang Chuanmeng, general manager of Beijing International Dry Port, explained that “Made in Beijing” now accounts for 100% of export trains, and that new energy components and precision machinery products go abroad on steel camels.

Wang Chuanmeng said that since it was put into operation in March 2025, the Beijing International Dry Port has only taken more than a year to push Beijing to become one of the top ten cities in the country to operate the China-Europe and Central Asia dual-line scheduled trains. Up to now, it has shipped 90 international trains, nearly 9,500 TEUs, with a value of nearly 1.4 billion yuan. The logistics network covers more than 20 countries and regions in Asia and Europe. The share of “Beijing Intelligent Manufacturing” in exports has increased from 30% to 50% to almost 100% of every column at present.

In the field of cultural and expo digitalization and sports services, specialized and intelligent services are becoming a new gripper for industrial upgrading.

In the Wenbo Digital Innovation section, Zhou Yizhong, CEO of Yiyuan Digital (Beijing) Technology Group Co., Ltd., explained that during this trade fair, the company mainly did three things: launch joint research on five ITU international standards for cultural relics digitization, launch intelligent registration and verification equipment for cultural relics, and support the Beijing Hanhai Auction traceability auction. All three things revolve around one core — making the digital identity of cultural relics and works of art more credible, easier to use, and more implementable.

“Through our integrated solution, all lots are bound to lifelong traceable digital labels to achieve traceable origin and traceable circulation.” Zhou Yizhong said that the company hopes to start with lower-level capabilities to solve the pain points in the industry, such as inconsistent data standards, inadequate technical specifications, and poor interoperability of digital resources.

In the special exhibition area of sports services, Shuhua Sports attracted visitors to experience a variety of innovative fitness equipment. One of the unpowered treadmills is particularly remarkable.

“This is our self-developed product, which is entirely driven by the runner's own strength, and is suitable for high-intensity indoor interval running training.” Shuhua Sports project manager Fang Shixian explained that during this exhibition, Shu Hua brought AI body fat scales, AI treadmills, and smart gym operation plans.

As the sole agent of the CENTR-HYROX brand in China, Shuhua has continued to introduce competition-level professional training equipment in recent years, taking into account the special training needs of professional athletes and popular functional training. “Family fitness, commercial fitness, national fitness, physical training, school sports, health and fitness are the six major scenarios we focus on. Our mission is to integrate simple sports into everyone's life.” Fang Se-hyeon said. (Feng Qiao)
